5:30 PM – Arrive, mingle, and enjoy the beautiful setting along the Erie Canal.
6:00 PM – Dinner is served.
7:30 PM – Silent raffle winners announced.

Join Us!

Join the Greater Rochester Celiac Support Group for one of our favorite events of the year! Celebrate summer with a relaxing evening of delicious gluten-free food, wonderful company, family-friendly activities, and a beautiful sunset overlooking the Erie Canal.

Whether you’ve been living gluten-free for years, were recently diagnosed, or are supporting a gluten-free family member or friend, this event is for you. Individuals, couples, and families are all welcome!

What’s Included

We’ll be serving a 100% gluten-free cookout featuring:

• 100% beef hamburgers
• Veggie burgers
• Hot dogs
• Canyon Bakehouse gluten-free buns
• Gluten-free pasta salad
• Wegmans Baked beans
• All the traditional cookout fixings
• Iced tea
• Lemonade
• Water
• Soda

We’ll also have delicious gluten-free dessert donations from O’Doughs, Grandma Oaks and Livingston County Pizza Company!

Potluck Sides & Desserts

To make the picnic even more special, we ask attendees to bring a gluten-free side dish or dessert to share. Homemade or store-bought items are both welcome!

Family Fun

We’ll have plenty of yard games and outdoor fun for kids—and kids at heart!

Silent Raffle

Each attendee will receive one complimentary raffle ticket upon arrival. Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase throughout the evening, so bring some cash!!

We’ll have gift baskets and prizes generously donated by local businesses (Swillburger, Owl House, Simply Crepes, Grandma Oaks) and our board members.

The raffle drawing begins at 7:30 PM, and you must be present to claim your prize.

Goodie Bags

Each RSVP group will receive a complimentary goodie bag filled with gluten-free products courtesy of Wegmans.

Please enter “Arrowhead Golf Course and Marina” into your GPS for accurate directions.

The pavilion has indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor area is air conditioned. The picnic will be held rain or shine. Parking is conveniently located right next to the pavilion, making it easily accessible for everyone.
