Jason of Meals by DeLeo is excited to address the RCSG Community. We are Meals by DeLeo, a local, fresh and delivered Meal Prep Service in Rochester. We are gluten free, macro-balanced, and portioned fully cooked individual and family meals with clean and fresh ingredients. Having gone through a series of health issues personally, Jason crafts his recipes to be delicious and filling so that you receive the nutrition you require. He is also a Culinary Institute of America graduate and has been catering in Rochester for the past 17 years.
